Forrestering: 15-year relationship with Italian consulting company. We have developed a proprietary approach to insight that covers the entire marketing mix. We’ve conducted research with consumers and retailers across a wide range of Italian foods and beverages including pasta and sauce, olives, olive oil and condiments, jams and spreads, espresso, wines and spirits. We’ve ventured into apparel and travel apps too.
Results: Over 20 lines of Italian specialty products introduced to American food enthusiasts at leading and specialty retailers. Sales approaching $50 million.
