In 1993 Shelley founded the Forrester Network to provide qualitative market research and strategy.  Since then she has conducted over 1,000 engagements for world class companies and brands in both consumer and business-to-business categories.

Tapping her broad experience across channels and product categories, Shelley transforms insights into creative brand-building strategies. She also helps clients develop profitable relationships that lead to brand growth.

Shelley’s engaging approach to moderating focus groups and expert panels puts everyone at ease — clients as well as participants. With energy, empathy and irreverence, she also educates and entertains audiences as a speaker and television host.

Shelley started her marketing career at Colgate-Palmolive, working in market research and brand management for home and personal care brands in the US and Germany. Later Shelley worked as a consultant at Marketing Corporation of America and took a side trip in quantitative research at Synovate. She holds a BS in marketing from Syracuse University and an MBA from New York University.
