Giving thanks each November is a wonderfully American experience. It is non-denominational, grounded, earthy, and history-based. In the last few years, there has even been a movement on Facebook to take a moment to share something you’re grateful for every day during the month of November.

Gratitude does more than allow you to express to people how they make your life better. Gratitude has a positive impact on your life and health. According to Psychology Today, there are 13 different wonderful ways gratitude can make your life better.

Gratitude is my favorite “G” word, and while I love the idea of expressing gratitude every day of the year, gratitude is one of the things I love most about November. Join me on Twitter with the hashtag #HowDoILoveTheeNovember and share your moments of gratitude.
