Love is one of my favorite “L” words. I like that February is associated with love and heart. It seems fitting that just as we come out of the worst of winter we get to reward ourselves and the ones we love with chocolate, roses, and wine.
Love is not just romantic, though. I believe love and heart belong in business, too. The best leaders lead with their heart first, focused on people. They care. They listen. They cheer for your success as much as for their own.
